What does a pre-industrialised LÎTE module include?
Discover our innovative pre-industrialised LÎTE module without structure.
This is a module, initially without structure, designed so that we can send the customer the plans (designed by us or by him) and the necessary panels so that he can build the module himself, by his own means, on his plot, i.e. in the form of a self-installing kit.
However, we can also install the Lîte module in the factory. In this case, the module will have a minimum structure on the lower frame to be able to move it when the time comes. A perimeter beam and two or three interior elements (or as many as necessary depending on the size) to stiffen the frame.
The Lîte module can be manufactured by us and can go as far as the customer wishes, i.e. it can be a basic Lite or Plus module, with or without tobacco, with or without terminations, etc. as far as the customer wishes.
The Lite module is not a typical dwelling, it does not conform exactly to the current building regulations in force (the CTE technical code) and must be considered as a construction intended for uses other than housing or temporarily as such, but always bearing in mind the above.
The floor, walls and ceiling are made of 150 mm thick panels.
