THE MOST EFFICIENT INDUSTRIALISED BUILDING SYSTEM ON THE MARKET
Pre-industrialised modules
LOWER FRAME
We will start with the lower slab. This consists of a frame of external beams on which the internal joists are fixed in parallel and at a distance of 1m between axes, after which the quîckplâck panels will be screwed in place. The measurements of the profiles will be given by the structural calculation carried out by the project management.

PILLARS
Next we welded the columns to the lower frame. The pillars have a square profile which is given by the structural calculation. We also take advantage of this step to establish the slope of the roof taking into account the height of the pillars. In the case of the union of two modules, the meeting pillars would be duplicated.

UPPER FRAME
Upper roof slab. This consists of a frame of perimeter beams and another set of transverse beams resting on the columns. The joists, in this case, are arranged perpendicular to these transverse beams. Since the roof loads are lower, we can arrange the joists at a greater distance from each other.
We can also observe the slope of the chosen roof. In this case a flat roof with a slope between 3% and 7%.

CARTELAS

El tamaño viene dado por cálculo estructural
In both the lower and upper frame at the meeting point with the pillars, we will have triangular reinforcement brackets, which will be placed on the adjacent outer faces of both elements.
quîckmôrtar adhesive BOTTOM BASTIDOR
For the correct adhesion of the panels to the structure, an application of quîckmôrtar is first applied to the entire surface of the frame in contact with the panels.

quîckfîber BASTIDOR INFERIOR
After laying the quîckmôrtar layer, we place a strip of quîckfîber (fibreglass mesh) on the mortar, leaving the mesh embedded when the trowel passes over it.

LAYING FLOOR PANELS
After the application of quîckfîber and quîckmôrtar, we will arrange the quîckplack panels in such a way that the joint between panels is on top of the joist. In this way we will ensure the necessary joint treatment, where otherwise it would not be possible. We must always give extreme importance to the joint treatment in the quîckplâck® construction system.

SCREWING OF FLOOR PANELS
After the chemical fixation with our quîckmortar mortar, we will complete this with mechanical anchoring by means of special screws with plugs, to ensure the correct anchoring to the metal structure.

INSTALLATION OF CEILING PANELS
The quîckplâck panels are placed transversally to the joists, bearing in mind that at the support ends the panels may have to share a support joist.

JOINT TREATMENT. LOWER SLAB
In the quîckplâck construction system, joints are always treated with a strip of quîckfîber mesh embedded in quîckmôrtar, straddling the two panels.
All joints between panels and between panels and different materials (structure and all types of joints) must be treated.

quîckmôrtar adhesive : TOP COATING
Repeat the previous procedure (see ‘quîckmôrtar ADHESIVE BOTTOM FRAME’). In this case it is not necessary to place quîckfîber on the joists of the upper frame as the lower joint treatment of the paneling will be possible as it is accessible from below.
We will have to apply quîckmôrtar and quîckfîber (as a hidden joint) on top of the joists where two panels meet. In the case of this module, this will be done on the joist marked with the stippling.
PLACEMENT OF FACADE PANELS
The installation of the vertical panels shall be similar to that of the horizontal panels. By first preparing the contact surface with both frames and between the panels themselves with quîckmôrtar , followed by standard joint treatment between panels and between panels and structure.
Detail of panel installation
Because we can access the lower part of the module roof, we can carry out the standard joint treatment without having to do it beforehand on the upper part of the joists as in the lower slab.
2. UPPER JOINT TREATMENT UPPER FRAME

JOINT TREATMENT OF UPPER SLAB
After the panels have been installed, we proceed to the treatment of the upper and lower joints. Special care is taken where the quîckplâck panels meet the structure, ensuring that all joints are treated.

1. UPPER JOINT TREATMENT UPPER FRAME
We will follow the usual methodology by applying quîckmôrtar and quickfiber to all joints between panels.
TREATMENT OF JOINTS AND HALF-ROUNDS ON ROOFS
On the roof, the previously mentioned joint treatment is carried out (JOINT TREATMENT TOP PANEL). On top of the usual joint treatment between the parapet and the roof panel, the half-round (a triangular-shaped lath attached to the angle formed between the parapet panel and the roof panel) will be installed and, subsequently, a new joint treatment will be carried out between this and the parapet and roof.

SCREWED FACADE PANELS
Once the adhesive has been applied and the panels are in place, we proceed to the mechanical fastening using the usual screws.

TRATAMIENTO DE JUNTAS INTERIOR
Again, we will carry out the standard joint treatment already mentioned above.
The importance of joint treatment is extreme, it is necessary to carry out joint treatment with quîckmôrtar and quîckfîber both in the joints between panels and in the joints between the panels and the structural elements in contact with them. As a general rule, joint treatment shall always be carried out between panels and any other material in contact with them.

SOLAR PANELS AND PHOTOVOLTAIC PANELS
There is the possibility of pre-installing the photovoltaic panels.

RECESSING OF HOLES
1. CARPENTRY RECEPTION STUDS. WINDOWS AND DOORS
Our modules can, at the customer's request, leave the factory with the openings prepared for the installation of windows and doors. For this purpose, we first install wooden plugs embedded in the jambs, which allow for the subsequent screwing of the corresponding joinery.
All this following our usual working methodology with our aforementioned quîckmôrtar and quîckfîber.
2 - WATERPROOFING OF RECESSES OF OPENINGS
If the client so wishes, we can also carry out the waterproofing of the entire cavity wall. This waterproofing is carried out with our quîckmôrtar IMPER , waterproof and flexible cement-based mortar and, as usual, with our quîck fîber fibreglass mesh.
Once the carpentry has been installed, the process is completed with the corresponding sealing of the carpentry-work joint.
ARBOURS WITH INTERNAL STRUCTURE
The quîckplâck system allows the installation of pergolas (with or without structure) directly anchored to the structure.

SELF-SUPPORTING OVERHANGS AND ARBOURS
The quîckplâck system also allows the design and installation of overhangs and pergolas of specific dimensions without the need for a support structure beyond the mechanical capabilities of our panel.

FOUNDATION
A sanitary chamber will be placed on a reinforced concrete slab, according to the project, for which we will build the reinforced concrete walls on which the lower frame of the module will rest. Anchor plates should be placed on these walls under each pillar and then the whole assembly should be welded. This makes our module transportable, given that, in the extreme case of wanting to remove the house from the ground, the welds could be removed and the module could be transported again in a specialised trailer.
